The Salvation Army Senior Centers provide a variety of activities designed especially for senior citizens, 55 years of age and older.
The Salvation Army Senior Centers serve home-cooked lunches five days a week, plus provide fun activities like health clinics, exercise classes, Wii tournaments, Bible study, and holiday celebrations.
The Salvation Army Senior Centers offer not only food and fun activities, but a place where seniors can socialize with each other, volunteer for projects, learn new skills and take field trips to places they may never have visited.
We provide transportation services for seniors who are unable to drive themselves so any who wish can enjoy the programs and activities offered.
The Senior Programs offer senior citizens in our community services and activities free of charge which enhances their support system, self-worth and health.
Our goal is to make a difference in their lives and we accomplish this daily at all our senior centers.
Our SENIOR CENTERS provide hot lunches, social events, Bible study, health clinics, exercise classes, recreation events, field trips, educational speakers, entertainment and games.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES provide a fleet of buses that operate from seniors’ homes to centers as well as various other locations.
SHOPPING SHUTTLES pick up seniors at their home, senior housing, senior centers or other places to assist with designated shopping trips.
